This project transformed a pre-equipped intelligent residence into a seamless, centrally controlled smart home experience. By integrating multiple independent systems into Savant, the homeowner gained intuitive, reliable, and luxurious control over the entire property.
Savant Automation System – Private Residence
In this development, most residences come pre-equipped with intelligent systems that operate independently, Lutron lighting and shades, and a Russound multi-room audio system controlled through wall keypads.
Homeowners are given the option to expand their systems by adding motorized shading, climate control, televisions, and centralized automation, and that is where we come in.
For this project, GSA Soluciones Inteligentes was commissioned to install all televisions throughout the residence and to implement a complete Savant control system. The client chose Savant for its luxurious look and feel, long-term reliability, and seamless integration across all technologies.
As part of the scope, we also installed soundbars to complement the audiovisual experience, ensuring high-quality sound with a clean, minimal aesthetic. All televisions were mounted using professional-grade Manhattan mounting systems, selected for their structural integrity and integrated cable management, allowing for a refined and clutter-free installation.
The result is a home where every system works together effortlessly, lighting, climate, entertainment, and outdoor features, all controlled from a single, intuitive interface.
