RTI Smart Home Integration

In this project, we unified multiple technologies, Lutron lighting and shading, Coolmaster HVAC control, Russound distributed audio, IPTV, and firepit ignition, into one cohesive ecosystem. The homeowner opted for RTI as the control platform, allowing full integration of all systems through an interface inspired by Savant’s timeless design. The result: effortless control, intuitive navigation, and a refined visual experience that blends naturally with the home’s architecture.

RTI Automation System – Private Residence

In this development, most residences come pre-equipped with intelligent systems that operate independently, Lutron lighting and shades, and a Russound multi-room audio system controlled through wall keypads. But that’s only the beginning. Homeowners have the option to expand: adding motorized shades, temperature control, televisions, and a centralized control platform.

That’s where we come in.
For this project, GSA Soluciones Inteligentes was commissioned to install all televisions and implement a complete RTI control system. The client chose RTI for its flexibility, allowing us to create a custom-designed interface tailored to the home’s architecture and lifestyle.

Our programmer, Ricardo Estrada, designed a unique interface inspired by Savant’s aesthetics, intuitive, elegant, and responsive. We’re proud to showcase not only its visual refinement but also the fluidity and precision with which it operates.

Control Zones

Living Room
Equipped with both an iPad and an RTI handheld remote, the living room offers full control of lighting scenes, shades, temperature, music, and television. Comfort and control blend seamlessly in one place.

Master Bedroom
With its own dedicated RTI remote, the master bedroom allows effortless control over lighting scenes, shades, temperature, and TV, perfect for creating the right mood at any hour.

Bunk Room
A simple yet effective setup: one RTI remote provides control of temperature and television, maintaining consistency with the rest of the home’s interface.

BBQ Terrace
Outdoors, automation meets leisure. From a single remote, the user can control the exterior TV, adjust the audio for the perfect atmosphere, and ignite the fire pit, setting the tone for a perfect pool day.
